“Flux” was a key word used by Professor Allison Littlejohn in her opening address here at Edge Hill University at the opening of the Solstice conference.

This second Solstice conference has attracted over 200 delegates from around the world and had many excellent workshops,panel sessions,and posters.

The Solstice concept was outlined by Mark Schofield, Solstice Academic Director which is concerned with the intelligent deployment of technologies to support learning.

Solstice is a metaphor for a whole range of people in richer dialogues informed by multiple voices.
